Chedworth is a very beautiful and historic Cotswold village located about 5 miles north of Cirencester and approx. 10 miles from Burford. There are two pubs serving good food within walking distance, The Seven Tuns and The Fossebridge Inn, as well as a host of listed cottages throughout the village.
There are a variety of excellent walks from your door including The Monarch's Way and The Macmillan Way which are very scenic. A particularly lovely walk to Chedworth Roman Villa takes less than an hour. A good quality Farm Shop in the village supplies locally produced meat, dairy items and vegetables, plus other food essentials.
The village is located in the centre of the Cotswolds, very convenient for all the main hotspots including Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water, along with easy access to the main motorways that access the Cotswolds' region.
